Can I park a domain at Hitme Studios?
Yes, Hitme Studios offers free domain parking services. All you need to pay is the domain registration fee and transfer your domain across to Hitme Studios.

Can I transfer an existing domain name to Hitme Studios from another company?
Yes. You will just need to contact your current host, or the registrar of your domain and ask them to change the name servers (DNS) of the domain to Hitme Studios name servers. Depending on which hosting account you choose will depend on which Primary Name Server and Secondary Name Server details we issue you with. You should continue to keep your hosting service at your present site while waiting for the domain to be transferred, as it takes 24-48 hours for a DNS transfer request to be processed. Sometimes it may be necessary to contact your old host and/or registrar by phone to get the transferred completed.

Can I transfer the registrar of my domain from my current registrar to Hitme Studios?
Yes, please contact domain@hitme.com.au to request the registrar transfer.

Can you host international domains, like .tr, .ch, .ca, .us or .au?
Yes, Hitme Studios can host any domain that can be registered with an affiliated domain registrar, this includes the following domains: .com .com.au .net .net.au .org .org.au .id.au .info .biz and a host of other domains.

Does Hitme Studios register domain names?
Yes, Hitme Studios registers domain name and renews domains names on your behalf. Hitme Studios does all the registration work, but you are the owner and administrator of the domain. Hitme Studios becomes the technical, support and biller contact of the domain name.

Does my domain name remain my property if you register/transfer it for me?
Yes. We always use your company information when we register your domain name, so your domain name will always belong to you. We are the technical, support and billing contact only. You are the administrator and owner of the domain name.

How do I transfer my domain to Hitme Studios? I don't know where it is registered.
If you do not know where your domain is registered, you should do a whois check to find out whom the registrar of your domain is, or you can contact our office on Ph: (03) 9737-0455 and our professionally trained support people will find your registrar and organise the necessary details to transfer your domain across to Hitme Studios.
